INFORMATION ABOUT THE CLASSES
DAYS: Wednesdays and Fridays.
TIME: 18:00PM to 18:45PM (5-min lateness allowed).
PRICE: £7.50 (payment must be made prior coming to the class by bank transfer).
LOCATION: held at the Nursery building of the Lewisham Islamic Centre.
EXTRA INFORMATION:
Bring suitable sportswear and trainers. The trainer reserves the right to turn down participants.
5 minutes lateness are allowed. Past this time you will not be allowed for safety purposes and no refund will be processed.
Bring a bottle of water.
