How do I purchase my PT sessions or my fitness programme?
Once we’ve agreed on your training schedule, you can purchase your personal training sessions and / or fitness programme. You’ll receive an invoice and can make payment via bank transfer. A confirmation will be sent to you by text or email after reception of the payment.
What is the cancellation policy?
A strict 24-hour cancellation policy is in place to respect my time as a personal trainer and allow other clients the opportunity to book the session.
When can we start (PT sessions / Fitness programme)?
Your first session can begin 48 hours after reception of the payment to allow time for preparation. Your custom fitness programme will be designed and delivered within two working days.
How long can I redeem my sessions for?
Packages of 4 and 8 sessions: all sessions must be redeemed within 5 weeks (35 days) of the purchase date.
Pay-as-you-go sessions: all sessions must be redeemed within 2 weeks (14 days) of purchase.
Fitness programme: designed to run for 6 consecutive weeks from the start date, regardless of any breaks, such as holidays. This ensures consistency and accountability, which are key to achieving results. Missed weeks will not extend the program duration.
This policy helps ensure the sustainability of my business. Any unused sessions after the period indicated will be forfeited and are non-refundable.
