First of all, it is important to go through the fundamentals of a balanced diet, then to conceive a personalised nutrition plan.

Initial assessment

  • 40-min Zoom meeting.

  • Sports / Exercise analysis: understanding the requirements of your physical activities, your goals / inspirations and overview of your current diet.

  • Homework: 4-day food diary.

Revised & improved nutrition plan

  • 4-day nutrition sample plan delivery via email within 72 hours after reception of your food diary.

  • Designed around your current foot diary, likes/dislikes, what are necessary for your sports / exercise regime, your cultural background or beliefs.

  • Portions are indicated either in grams or in handful to make it easier for you.
