“I started sessions with Clara in Jan 2022, with the goal to lose weight and tone-up for my upcoming wedding. Having a very sedentary job my general level of fitness is fairly low, Clara has been incredibly patient slowly building up my fitness and strength. She’s worked tirelessly to help me obtain the figure I want, listening to the types of exercise I enjoy to try and cater to me. “I started doing personal training sessions twice a week with Clara in January 2022. I had been attending the gym on and off since the autumn of 2019, but these training sessions with Clara these last few months have made a huge difference. I've noticed a significant improvement in my strength, stamina and cardio capacity. There are a number of exercises I had always avoided but Clara persuaded me to give them a try. Things I couldn't do six months ago I can now do and not only that, I actually enjoy them!
