After the success of our Winter Holiday Online Classes last year, we are back for a second edition! Join us from Wednesday 24/12/2025 to Sunday 04/01/2026.

DETAILS OF THE WINTER HOLIDAY ONLINE CLASSES

  • 18+ Women only.

  • All levels are welcomed.

  • No music.

  • The recording of the class is available for 30 days after the end of the programme.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE CLASSES

  • PRICE: £30 (payment must be made prior coming to the class).

  • LOCATION: online via Google Meet.

  • EXTRA INFORMATION:

    • Bring suitable sportswear and trainers.

    • 5 minutes lateness are allowed. Past this time you will not be allowed for safety purposes and no refund will be processed.

    • Bring a bottle of water.

  • The Google Meet link cannot be shared with others who have not signed up and paid for the programme. Such behaviour will be banned from the programme with no refund processed.

  • The recordings must be kept private and should not be shared to anyone to respect the privacy and the work of the personal trainer.

  • It is absolutely fine. You will get access to the recordings of all classes for up to 30 days after the end of the programme.

  • As soon as you have registered, you will be added onto a dedicated WhatsApp group and you will receive it there. Alternatively, you will also receive the link by email. 

  • There’s no “fit enough” here my dear, all levels are welcomed! You show up, do your best and I promise you will feel good after it.

  • Not at all. The full programme is aimed for everyone to be able to do it from the comfort of their homes without equipment. However, I will be giving an alternative with weights in case you have some and want to challenge yourself!

  • This is the whole purpose of this programme!

    Everything is online to help you navigate that. No need for day-care, have your children with you! They can even participate for more fun!

    You can also be a role model for them, showing that you are a strong mom, training and caring for herself!

    • If you have injuries: you are the only one able to know if you can participate or not to the classes. The trainer will not take responsibilities and is not a GP. If you are afraid of the intensity of the classes, check out with your GP if you can attend such programme.

    • For pregnant mothers and post-pregnancy: check out with your GP practice if you can attend such programme. For our new mums, we love you but… You need to respect the time of recovery after giving birth. If you have passed this time, then, join us love!

    Pregnant women and new mothers, you need the green light before starting this exercise programme. By signing up, you accept to take full responsibility of yourself.
